When advising a company, Kevin will help the owners and board of directors (or other governing body) understand their obligations and help develop a structure that will give the company an opportunity to succeed.
Case Study: OB Hospitalist Group was approached by Summit Partners, a global private equity firm, about a possible growth equity investment. entrepreneurs law group assisted OBHG with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of the investment by Summit.
Case Study: Zipit Wireless needed to raise additional institutional venture capital to finance its business strategy. entrepreneurs law group assisted Zipit with the exchange of convertible debt and placement of additional preferred stock to institutional investors including Windspeed Ventures, SunBridge Partners and Meritus Ventures.
